Metamorphosers is an organizational development company and rethink-hub initiated by Rolf Fink and founded by Khashayar Xerxes Voshmgir. At Metamorphosers experts in the fields of social sciences, art, business and people development cooperate to challenge existing paradigms, inspire new perspectives and facilitate profound transformation, development and re-invention processes. Metamorphosers support their clients to escape the state of „Everything will remain different!“ Their approach is practical and they treat humans as humans.
Khashayar Xerxes Voshmgir is the founder of Metamorphosers, a futurologist, coach and speaker. He was born in the middle of a revolution and has grappled with (r)evolutionary dynamics ever since. After spending two years working and travelling as a Barefoot Doctor, he focused on organisation development. His interdisciplinary background enables him to introduce new perspectives, facilitate profound transformation processes, and provide a sharp sense of future potential.
Oliver is an internationally awarded innovator and entrepreneur. He is also an early pioneer in the field of reality and virtual reality – the human-machine interface – and specializes in patterns of perception and information exchange between humans and technology. As is a lateral thinker, he designs innovative concepts and solutions in art, business and organisations.
Dieter is a Higher Purpose counselor for individuals and multinational companies and is an inspirational keynote speaker for organisations and conferences. He developed a purpose driven business approach based on Viktor Frankl’s Logotherapy. He has a strong inspirational energy and is driven by the maxim “If there is a Why, there is a Way”.
Shermin is the founder of the BlockchainHub and an advisor to the Estonian e-residency program. She did her PhD in IT-Management and used to work as an assistant professor. Shermin currently give lectures on blockchain related topics and regularly speaks at conferences and consults on Blockchains & Smart Contracts. Her past work experience ranges from internet start-ups, IT consulting & filmmaking.
Rolf is an innovator, organisation developer, executive coach, author and initiator of Metamorphosers. As chief of “Personnel and Management Development” in IBM Switzerland for 20 years, he has a variety of experiences in the development of organizations in Europe, USA, the Middle East and Afrika. Furthermore, he was once the HR-manager at the Zurich Research laboratory and has worked as an independent consultant since 1998. Rolf is the co-innovator of COSTING (the SAP-prototype), the social technology AMEXEL as well as KELiX, an insight-generator.
Lukas Brunbauer Rodriguez
Lukas enables evolutionary development processes, explores new possibilities and is a social initiator. Before working as a coach, consultant, and trainer he explored South America, leading outdoor-expeditions. He studied Gestalt therapy Systemic Constellations work in Mexico City from 2001 to 2007. Now back in Europe, he combines his skills with a strong intuition and enables people and organisations to find their true potential.
Peter is the CEO of Fulcrum Consulting, a Vienna based international organisation development company. He is a specialist in the fields of strategic and operational excellence, combining business and IT consulting with personnel development. He utilizes exceptional analytical skills and implements avant-garde business processes to develop and modernize companies.
Gábor ’Csé’ Cséffalvay
Csé has been a personal and organisational renewal facilitator for more than 30 years. He was a key evolution catalyst in Hungary’s revolutionary transformation process in the late 80ies. He has been awarded multiple times for his achivements and as an organisation developer. As a passionate and committed pioneer of local and global community development, he strives to make a better world. His motto is “Trust the Process” for all the projects he tackles.
